Of course it has to do with the mindset of the people. But let's face global trade or - even beter - the world economy. In my opinion a country's economy can grow with good government (no corruption, etc.) and the developed countries should definitely be aware of the necessity of cooperating with the upcoming world economies and the developing countries. They've already had industrialisation, now let's give other countries their chance to develop theirselves. All countries in the world need to cooperate and stop thinking that only national interests are their priority! If that idea could be set into people's mind ... That's the only way to a better world!
